If you have any questions or would like to report a possible violation by management, we encourage you to reach out to us. Below you will find a list of our executive board member's email addresses. These emails are privately owned by the union and completely separate from UMWA Health and Retirement Funds computer system. Using these addresses from your private email (not work email) account will ensure management does not have access to anything you send to us or report. You may also use the below Google form if you prefer. This is a good option if you wish to remain anonymous. However, keep in mind, that for us to act on anything, we may need to know who is filing the complaint.
